Required documents to begin your PNG Business Visa application

Please prepare the following documents. You will receive a detailed checklist by email with templates and instructions within the next 24 hours.

  • Passport copyClear scan of the bio-data page. Passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your intended travel date with two blank pages available.
  • Passport-size photographRecent (less than 6 months old), white background, 35mm x 45mm, colour, front-facing.
  • Sponsor / invitation letter from your PNG host companyOn company letterhead, signed by a company director. Template provided by Easy Skill.
  • Travel itineraryConfirmed round-trip flight booking showing entry and exit from Papua New Guinea.
  • Proof of accommodation in PNGHotel booking confirmation or host company accommodation letter.
  • Completed PNG entry permit application formOfficial form provided by Easy Skill, filled out and signed.
  • Any additional supporting documentsE.g. meeting invitations, contracts, project documentation, if applicable.
Important. All documents must be in PDF format, clearly legible, and in English (or accompanied by a certified translation). Our team will review your submission and contact you if anything additional is required.

Payment covers professional visa processing services. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of PNG Immigration authorities (ICSA) and is not guaranteed by Easy Skill.
