Exclusively recruiting on behalf of our client (engineering and turnkey building projects) we are looking for motivated and dynamic Junior Project Managers in Civil Engineering.

The Group specialises in 4 main areas of engineering and turnkey building projects : Industry, Logistics, Retail and Real Estate .

Due to their expanding activities, the company is seeking to hire freshly graduated Civil Works Engineers within an International Graduate Program, which will enable you to benefit from a Construction Project Management training program together with young graduates from all over Europe.

During your first year :

  • You will coordinate construction projects from design to build,
  • You will benefit from developmental opportunities and mentoring,
  • You will be a part of the Graduate Prgram with monthly training sessions in technical, legal and financial subjects as well as personal, team building and managerial developments.

You will be responsible for construction projects from A to Z and ensure their global performance.

After the training program, Junior Project Managers can access positions in Project Management, or in other areas like R&D Innovation, Design, Purchasing,…

The positions are located in Romania, Hungary, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Candidate Profile :

  • Master of Civil Works / Urbanism Engineering degree from a recognised Engineering School.
  • Graduates with professional experience of 1 or 2 years in the building sector will also be considered.
  • Soft Skills necessary for this position : an interest in project management, excellent communication and people skills, teamwork, willingness to learn and to achieve, ability to anticipate, autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A very good level of written and spoken English (interview and training program to be held in English).
  • Candidates must have a very good level of the native language in the country they are applying for.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Candidates must have a valid authorisation / permit to work in the country they are applying for.

  • Permanent work contract between our client and the employee.

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical trades / Technicians for one of our clients in the Navy to work on a 12-month project, in Adelaide.

Project: Maintenance of large rotating electrical machines with an emphasis on large DC Electric Motors (2 to 10 MW) from the French manufacturer: JEUMONT ELECTRIC

Some typical experience and skills would include:

  • Braze welding of copper bar connections
  • Taping, wrapping and varnishing of internal connections
  • Testing of Motor circuit IR/PI/Ductor
  • Bar to Bar Segment testing
  • Commutator surface profiling
  • Commutator skim & grinding
  • End shield removal & replacement
  • Brushing refurbishment
  • White metal bearing removal & installation
  • brush plating of copper bar surface connections


Profile : Experienced  Technician on the construction or maintenance of large rotating equipment that include a DC motor.

Citizen holding a NV1 security clearance is an advantage

Our client is currently seeking a General Manager to provide in-country management and oversight to overall business (planning, leading and overseeing all operations in the country). The General Manager will be based in Port Moresby – Papua New Guinea (PNG). Projects involve remote infrastructure and logistics operations.


This is a permanent position with accommodation and transport provided as well as return air tickets for holidays.


Duties :

  • Maintain and develop new key client contacts, with focus on high value, near term opportunities.
  • Supervise Department Managers in performing business operations in assigned area.
  • Assist Department Managers in human resource, financial and programmatic functions to grow business in assigned areas.

We are currently looking for an experienced project manager for one of our international industrial clients to work on a 6 to 12 month project.



  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Project management experience (PMI certified)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in industrial engineering (oil and gas projects, iron and steel industry …)

Technical skills :

Minimum of 5 years experience in the development or implementation of industrial projects

  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Very good knowledge of Primavera and MS-Project
